A very warm welcome to SLICE, named after our five grand children Sophie, Laura, Isabella, Charlie and Edward. A restaurant where we have combined all that is chic about Italian city life with all that is traditional and wholesome about rural dining.

You will notice the absence of salt, pepper and butter from the table, the reason is intentional we believe that we should produce meals to the highest standards so extra seasoning is not necessary and olive oil and balsamic vinegar is so much better for us all. We also hate the concept of not being able to drink tap water for free, so we will always put a pitcher on your table, unless your prefer to pay for sparkling – which we cant unfortunately get out of our taps. We hope you will relax, unwind and enjoy your visit and delight in the “City Rural” menus we have created for you.
