A very warm welcome to SLICE.

The SLICE restaurant is set in the heart of the beautiful village of Bray just 5 minutes drive from Maidenhead Berkshire. Salvatore Fernandez and his master chef Steve Dowell, who has gained many years of experience working in Michelin Star / Rosette establishments worldwide, have created a whole new concept in Italian cuisine called “City Rural”. This is the fusion of two styles “City”, our main menu, which represents all that is chic and simple about Italian city life; delicate ingredients, wonderful combinations, and beautifully presented, with “CityLights” our lunchtime lighter selection.

Then comes “Rural” and its big brother “Rural Sundays”. These are expressed in more mature earthy tones, full body, richer on the pallet, a little rustic, some what country, with no nonsense Ingredients, without an ounce of pretentiousness.

The restaurant comprises of three adjoining rooms with bar area for a pre-dinner aperitif. To the rear of the restaurant we have created a patio for “al fresco” dining, which we hope will be in constant use!
